Shawn Johnson of farmers insurance is the LAST person that you would like to quote you. Be absolutely cautious when approaching Farmers in Bartlett. Here is a list of what happened and now Shawn Johnson has made me take the fall for his short comings. He will do the same to you! 1. Back in March, Shawn quoted me a monthly amount, I paid more then quoted for 3 months. When I tried to cancel, his assistant Taylor was providing me miscommunication and the unpaid portion of premium was getting sent to my credit bureaus instead. (They refuse to fix this) 2. Called in June regarding an amount that was being charged and was told "disregard the document" and sure enough, the amount was sent to collections in which I have to take the hit for and they refuse to help. 3. Shawn called me and promised me a better relationship with a different policy and tried to fix it, ended up setting me up with an even higher rate and another policy completely that I was unaware of. 4. Cancelled AGAIN in September was told I wouldn't be charged for October and was charged, assessed major bank fees and don't even have coverage for October. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS DISASTER as I have suffered so much anxiety by what Shawn Johnson and his customer service rep Taylor have done to me. Please, don't get yourself involved with this company and you will regret it!!!! Months later I am still receiving notifications on money that was sent to collections because of Shawn johnson. He is slow and incompetent, please please please don't waste ur time
