I have used Alan H&C on multiple occasions. First time was an on call situation where our furnace went out on us on a very cold winter night and they came out diagnosed and replaced the heart of our furnace. Havent had a problem since and its been 2 years already. They also recently installed a humidifier into our furnace. Our home no longer has dry air. We purchased the preventative maintenance package and they come periodically to maintain our AC unit and Furnace. Its totally worth it. Thanks again Alan H&C!!!

Great experience as a first time customer. Well be regulars from now on! Jeff came out on short notice bc we had no heat. He quickly found the problem. Came back the next day with the part & fixed it. He also found some other minor issues with the furnace & fixed those too! Cant say enough about him & the company. Punctual, professional & very accommodating! 6 stars out of 5!

Alan Heating and Service is reliable, very trust worthy and knows what he is doing. We trust Jeff a ton and have been using him since we found him. From our furnace, water heater and more, Jeff has been there to help! Thank you Alan Heating for all you do. I highly recommend this company and Jeff.

Call Jeff today for your Fall tune-up! My furnace did not start up this Fall. Jeff diagnosed the issue, got the part and had it up and running quickly! He is knowledgeable, thorough and dependable. Came back home from a long weekend on Sunday to find out my air conditioner was no longer working...typically this wouldn't thrust me straight to panic mode, however we are sitting upon the eve of the biggest heat wave of 2023. I reached out to Jeff late Sunday evening and he assured me that he would be by to assess the issue first thing in the morning. Just as he promised he was here the next morning. After a few hours of evaluating the situation he provided me with multiple solutions. Given the age of my current unit, 30yrs (I know, I know, I know...should have seen it coming) I went with the replacement option. Jeff was able to order and install the new unit within 24hrs! He worked all day to ensure me and my family were taken care of. Just in time for the impending heatwave. I am beyond grateful for Jeff and his crew, and their determination to get my unit installed and working! I highly recommend Alan Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services!!!
