really nice guys, wasnt gonna leave a review because they didnt clean it well but i just needed glass out of my car. unfortunately its been over a week maybe even two and im still finding glass in my car. ridiculous that they couldnt even get all the glass out. it was under my seat in the sides where the seat slides forward and back. it was even in my middle compartment where i plug my usb in. i didnt bother to call back because ive been thru too much to deal with another bust but i would not go here if u want a thorough clean. they didnt even blow the dust out of the sides where the gear shift is. they shampooed (i think) my seats and glossed everything with something shiny but just disappointing that shards of glass are still popping up. they got one lodged in my windshield too i see it everyday and dont know how to get it out now. i attached photos that i took even after getting the medium pieces of glass they left out but there is still smaller shards. i dont know how they didn't vacuum back there, just disappointing.

Posting on my husbands account, but took my car to Doug and Prime Detailing today, our second trip. Doug is so great! There were scratches all over my car from the scraper side of the snow brush (no it was not me that scratched it LOL), but my car looks brand new! All scratches came out, you can see in the pictures just how amazing my car looks! It looks like a mirror. Doug did such a beautiful job! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

Took our 2015 Dodge Journey for an interior detail and we couldnt have been happier with the service. Easy to book an appointment, very friendly to work with, and they did an EXCELLENT job. The car looked brand new. I would highly recommend them.

Prime Detailing did a great job on my Nissan Altima! The car had quite a bit of dog hair and they did an awesome job making the car look like new. Their customer service was something you don't see anymore. I drove to their lot and they offered to take me home and drive the car back to their garage to start the cleaning. Afterwards, they dropped my car back off at my home. Would recommend and will plan to use them again!

Do NOT use this company! I dropped off my vehicle and it had an extra 40 miles on it when the service was complete. I was given the excuse that it had to be taken to Lombard from Bartlett to do the ceramic coating because the lighting was better!!? Owner, Doug, did not mention anything about taking it off site for cleaning. You dont drive someones vehicle off site without permission and especially 40 miles!!! They were even given a little extra $$ up front to do the job right. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Update: I was told my truck was relocated due to bad lighting in the Bartlett shop and then the story changes to not enough room for a standard size pickup truck. If my vehicle had hard water stains, please explain how there only in a portion of the door jams and not throughout the entire vehicle? The door jams cleaned up easily after I used a little run of the mill auto cleaner on them. Check out the foggy windows as well. For a professional detail shop, shouldnt the windows at least be clean? Not hard to please here, just dont appreciate being taken advantage of by a company not willing to accept accountability.
