Walked into this facility with a simple ask, and a very specific email: I needed a Cashier's check from my account with a specific memo. The email we wanted to show was very clear with who the check needed to be made out to, and what he memo should say. Rather than reading the email, or listening to us trying to explain what we needed, the branch manager, Kimberly, was incredibly rude and just said this is not something they can do. It was to the point where she would talk over us rather than let us explain. The email was specific enough to list the last 4 digits of OUR account we wanted to write a check from, who it was made out to be, and what the memo should say. Luckily Sangeeta, another staff member, overheard and was able to understand our very clear ask and help us quickly. I am a long time Chase customer and my family has been coming to this location for years. I have never experienced such poor, rude service and I was shocked that it came from the Branch Manager. I am glad Sangeeta was there to help.

This location is such a hole in the wall, it's easy to miss, which is my recommendation. It's clean but barely functional, and all the tills are locked in the back room, so if you like watching them process your transaction, you are SOL here. There wasn't even anybody in the front half when I walked in, and it took the door chime to bring someone out. And the teller expressed his impatience of me filing out my deposit slip by kicking the furniture and clicking his pen a lot. The teller was polite but not friendly, and didn't smile.

Extremely slow service. Reached the bank at 5:25pm and were asked to come another day to open a bank account because they close at 6pm. So ridiculous!

I don't know what this is if it's a functioning Branch or what but I walked in there and stood for about 5 minutes one dude was at a desk didn't acknowledge us and after not being acknowledged and not knowing if I was going to be I just left
