        I just think that we should have cameras on every side of each building and the direct entrance and which gets in with the key , because a lot of people have complained that some stuff gets stolen from packages. I believe the monthly rent its a little too high, but if you were to add cameras, then you could say that is not too high. Its just perfect soso.

        I went to office because we were interested in another apartment but Tyrone went over our options. We looked at the newly renovated units and they were better than all the ones we saw. He walked us through the transfer process and now we have a comfortable and beautiful home. We love our new place! Thanks Tyrone! You rock.

        It is supposed to be a no smoking building, but I witnessed tenants smoking in the hallway and in the stairwell. The smoke alarm is disconnected and lying on the floor. There is also a light fixture hanging exposing wires. Lastly there are roaches in the laundry unit and in my apartment unit.

        The management team here (Tyrone and Juan) and the maintenance staff (Mario and Juan) are all fantastic! Tyrone and Juan helped me sign my lease and got me moved in within a week! They were both professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know me, answer my questions, and followed up with me after each step of the process. The place looks great, and the bathrooms were recently resurfaced. I felt like they really rolled out the red carpet for me, and I would highly recommend renting here if you are seeking residence in the area.
