MinuteClinic at CVS

what a joke. i came here for a COPD screening, just to be told that it isnt offered here. why does your website literally say its offered and even lists the pricing for it? i just dont get it. i drove over 30 minutes for no reason.

I rarely leave reviews, however my intent is to hopefully help others avoid the additional time, expense and unnecessary situation I had to endure. I too saw Violeta Kozlovskaja and had a very poor experience at the minute clinic. She completely misdiagnosed by ear and made the situation much worse to where I needed to see a specialist to correct what she had done. CVS of course did little to address the situation. Judging by the other reviews, I was not the first time Violeta mishandled treatment. Skip the minute clinic and avoid the nightmare

2021 we called asking if this would be the appropriate place to address an embarrassing medical situation and the customer service person who picked up the phone basically laughed at us. I do not recommend this provider if you want decency from the staff who should treat all medical issues seriously or with any empathy.

I rarely leave a review but we Had a terrible experience there today at the minute clinic. The on duty nurse or doctor or whoever she was, was just rude. Terrible manners. Not professional at all. Violeta Kozlovskaja

This clinic was fast and clean. And Dr. Hyland was amazing and nice. She took wonderful care of my two kids for their school physical and took the time to write each one out by hand. Super awesome
