Place is definitely not the same as Vein Clinics of America and not the same great service I received either. Wanted me to go to six appointments for treatment on one leg that was only a annual follow up. My personal experience was it felt like they were trying to run up the price with me and my insurance company. When I asked about the details the lady was very unpleasant and unprofessional with me. I would not recommend this company.

This was probably the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I was treated at the facility when it was Vein Clinics of America and had an overall good experience. I called the number from my old card for Vein Clinics of America and wasnt informed USA Vein Clinics acquired Vein Clinics of America and had new doctors. That in itself would be frustrating but then they performed an Ultrasound for an hour, and following the diagnostic I was informed the doctor would be out until the end of May. This was not shared prior to making the appointment. They said I could drive to other locations but would need to do the ultrasound all over again and have a new doctor if I wanted treatment before June. Glad I wasted a half days PTO for nothing. The doctor and ultrasound tech were nice and apologetic but this business is a joke. Find a clinic and business that cares about you as a patient. I feel bad for the clinical staff who work here because it wasnt their fault the business as a whole neglects patients. Trust me when I say, I wont be going to any facility that has USA Vein clinics on the front door

I have been going to vein clinics of America and my work was halted when USA veins took over they wouldn't let me talk to anyone drove an hour to my appointment to find them closed and no message no one to call but one number and you can't talk to anyone. What a scam. Tried to get my records and they won't send them to me so I can get my work finished elsewhere. Unbelievable place.

they examined my legs two months earlier and said they would call in with the results and follow-up.after a month of zero answers, they also did not have time for a few of my calls. I'm suspicious of I'm speaking with the accent and they totally ignore me. Time to find another clinic

Cannot get in to see anyone. I have been rescheduled 5 times now. I will get calls within 24 hours of the appointment time telling me they need to reschedule and that the office is closed on the day of my scheduled appointment. I called yesterday to confirm my appointment for this morning. They said it was good. Then got a call this morning telling me the office is closed and I was scheduled out another 2 weeks. Im going to have to find somewhere else to go.
