I honestly can't say enough about Shiny Strands. I found lice in my Daughters hair on Wednesday night i called and left a message and Kim called me back before they even opened on Thursday and got my Daughter in at 10:30. Melissa at the Barrington location is phenomenal. She is friendly, understanding and beyond knowledgeable. My Daughter had a Halloween party that she wanted to go to on Friday and Melissa was able to get all to the Nif, Nit and live adult outs and my daughter was allowed to got to school on Friday and attend her party. Just an awesome experience for a not so awesome reason. Melissa thank you so much keep up the great work! Kim, you have an awesome asset in Melissa.
