Absolutely LOVE this salon! I've been going to Sydney for a few years now, and she's fantastic! I've watched a lot of the other stylists, and everyone does a great job. They have great products and are very educated on what works and why. I highly recommend Amanda Jean! Give they a shot, you won't be disappointed!

My first experience with Amanda Jean Salon was great! I saw Tara for a pretty drastic hair transformation and she did an amazing job! Ill be back for sure!

I have been coming to Amanda Jean Salon for several years now and they never disappoint! The salon is beautiful and always so clean. Tara is my go to girl, she always goes above and beyond to exceed my hair wants and needs.

I had good experiences with the all stylists but the owner, Amanda Jean was very rude and walks around with an attitude 24/7. The last straw was when I left my $50 copper water bottle and she threw it out without any notice. She knew this was a customers but she didnt care. I contemplated about writing this review for months but customers need to hear this. She never rectified this nor tried to contact me for a replacement. This copper bottle cost me $50 and the owner never replaced it. She is extremely rude and had the nerve to tell her receptionist, that they dont hold stuff for customers! Really? I come every 4/5 weeks, I spend thousands a year here, you couldnt have contacted me?! I do not recommend this place. A good business owner would have never done this.

I needed a new stylist and I liked the location so I went in for a highlight. The technique did not work on my hair but the stylist took steps to fix it and it was ok. She offered to do a touch up if needed. I didnt go back because it would be ok until next time and I was very busy. That stylist left so I saw someone else, trusting that the notes left would be sufficient to get it right. Both times I told the stylists that I usually get significantly more foils than usual, and neither followed this recommendation. When I left my second service (they took before and afters) things were ok, and I figured that next time we would absolutely get it right. After going home and washing and styling, it was as if I hadnt even gotten a service, as there were very visible roots and the under layers had hardly anything on them. Ok. So. I call and express my concerns and even offer to pay for the extra touch up. They say I have to talk to the manager. The manager calls me 2 days later and says that I am noticing outgrowth and need a tone. Ive never had a tone in my life and there is several weeks of outgrowth. She continues to explain why this is my fault and that she will talk to my stylist. Its been almost a week and I havent heard back. All I needed was to have a few more foils placed, and I even offered to pay. Ive never been so jerked around by a salon who I am trying to give my money to. I will not be returning. *Edit- they were closed for *several* days at a time over the holidays, which is why I was calling about this several days later.
