        Alexis really knows her staff! I needed to purchase a vehicle and she referred me to Malissa at a sister location. I couldn't have asked for a better fit! Alexis matched us perfectly. Alexis knew I was nervous, the situation i was in, and made me feel at ease letting me know she reach out and have someone call me. I am so thankful that Enterprise works together the way they do. They really do care about their customers like family. Thank you Alexis!!

        Don't count on getting a truck once you make a reservation! I reserved a truck 7 weeks in advance of our move (over the phone) and was called TWO DAYS before we were to pick up the truck and was told that they didn't have one for us! They said we could call other enterprise locations to see if there were any available. Terrible customer service!
