Staff were actually present and helpful. My check out guy Matthew (red beard, glasses, super cool) was outstanding and very helpful. This site is much improved. I am so used to the entire building being open with 0 staff working, or a line of 5 people with only 1 person to check people in and out, just a total mess. Things are way better now!

I got to the store needed propane waited 25 minutes no one was coming out walked in waited in line all of a sudden manager said are you here for propane I said yes he said can you come back in 2 hours I have other stuff I need to take care off before I can get to any propane customers definitely unprofessional wasted 35 minutes total

Rented the truck on Friday from a guy named Bob por excuse for an employee Bob was. Tried to blame us for him. Almost getting into an accident because he was going to pull the truck backwards without getting out and looking what was behind him which is a golden rule. Anybody who drives a truck knows that. Then he refused to clean off the truck full of snow. He said it was our job because u haul doesn't employ enough people in the morning time for him to do his job correctly. So he just lets the people do it and neglects them. He also lied to me and told me there was over a half tank of gas in the truck when it was only a half tank of gas. I have the picture to prove it. What a jerk you know Bob. You should start rethinking your career if you've been there for 12 years and your jobs too hard for you and you have to make the customers do your job and you're getting paid for it. I shouldn't have to clean off the truck full of snow when you're renting it to me. I shouldn't have to do certain things you made me go count out my own pads. The only joy in the factor was Skyler at the end of it who checked me back in and made it a breeze. You're a jerk Bob a big jerk. I suggest you go someplace else or if Bob's there just walk out and wait for Skyler to come in so you can get good service
