I have now worked with Mr. Ochoa for 3 years and he definitely knows the business, he's professional and dependable. I explained to him what services I was requesting and he literally jump all over it. He kept me informed the entire way. He let me know immediately of any potential tenants and/ or issues. Any documents that are required are sent without delay. He responds to all forms of communication promptly whether it's text, emai or phone call. I could not have asked for more. As long as he's in business he has my business.

I dealt with Maureen Browne and John Gussman on a recent transaction.  I truly do not know where to begin with these people.  I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime and have never encountered real estate agents like these two.  We received two very embarrassing offers (I'm talking 20% off asking price) and they were badgering us to counter.  The first offer we received from them was 20% off asking.  The house had only been on the market for a week.  Fast forward to two months later, we lowered our asking price by 10%.  We received a 2nd offer from their clients that was 30% off asking!  I realize that sometimes clients tell their agents what to offer, but based on my experience and observation, they weren't being fair or realistic with their clients or with us. We finally accepted an offer by a nice couple $1,000 off asking.
