I checked the Internet to get my passport and it said that I don't need an appointment but when I went they didn't want to see me without an appointment so I had to make an appointment online

This should be a NEGATIVE "1". The Indian woman and man work very hard, otherwise the customer service is terrible here. One person working the counter in a post office in the 2nd largest city in Illinois. Line out the door, with 25+ people standing in line for 45 minutes or longer. The USPS needs to hire new management, get rid of some of these people that are lazy and sitting in the office behind the counter giggling and laughing while there are multiple people standing in line. If this was a legitimate business, it would go out of business. The only reason that this place is not under more scrutiny is because half the people that are customers don't speak english and the other 1/4 don't want to take the extra time to write a complaint. I wrote a letter to Washington DC and if you have a complaint about this post office, please also write to the following address: United States Postal Service Office of the Consumer Advocate 475 L Enfant Plaza SW Washington, D.C. 20260
