Tim is the best !! This time salvaged a crisis; basement flooded, needed repair done quickly and.... Fixed pump, secured staff to rip out damaged surfaces and repaint -- all in 5 days. Promised services, done as scheduled, and saved out butts in short order. And, did NOT charge an arm & a leg for professional service.

We had a very good experience with DuPage Home services overall. Even when we had a minor issue during the project, Tim and Steve made sure they didn't leave until we were satisfied. Their commitment to our being happy with everything isn't something you always see these days. They are responsive when called and take pride in their work. They went above and beyond to insure our satisfaction.

I used Dupage Home Services Inc to repair and restore damage from an ice dam to my ceiling, walls, floor and windows in my family room. Its beautiful; new ceiling, walls, carpet and they put in new lighting for me and replaced my entry tile. I am so happy, these guys were excellent. I was very stressed because the room was a wreck and didnt see how it could be fixed. They said it would be better than it was when they were finished and it is!

Very friendly staff at DHS. Steve was an incredible carpenter who completed a storm door & interior door at an affordable price. Once the date was set up, he came and installed both doors without a hitch. A few weeks later our hot water heater started to leak. I called Tim from DHS and he was able to install the water heater & replace a faucet in my powder room. He stated that it would be about a 1/2 of a days work. We picked up the water heater & moved it to the basement to help Tim out. He arrived to do the water heater and the faucet the next day, which we were grateful for. However, he completed the water heater job and faucet in an hour and a half and charged me $870 for labor. We were happy with the work and the job once completed; however, I was a little taken aback by the price since it did not take him near as long to complete. I contacted DHS about it, and he graciously responded. Unfortunately these prices are not affordable & We just cant afford to use their services anymore.
