        Absolutely incompetent pharmacy staff who refuse to pick up a phone and call a doctor to clarify the rx / matter at hand. They are the Ron Burgundy of technicians; if it's not on the paperwork or anything outside the norm, they can't comprehend it and fail to use common sense. TWO WEEKS now trying to accurately fill an order.

        They promised my prescription would be ready by 730 pm and when I went to pick up they told me they had 100 prescriptions to fill before mine and no way would it be ready before the store closed. So aggravating that I have to wait till morning for cream to treat a gery itching eye rash.

        Staff here is lazy. Online it clearly states that they do vaccines without an appointment and we asked why we could not get our vaccine and they stated they werent sure. Alex is the one who told us they ran out for the night but that makes no sense since they have plenty on hand.
