When making the move to San Diego I not only had to deal with a ridiculously high cost for homes, but also a very competitive market to win bids on those homes. Working with Andrew and the team at BlueLeaf lending allowed me to focus on these significant challenges, as they made the loan application, approval and closing process so smooth, I hardly knew it was happening. Whether is was lightning fast pre-approval letters, navigating the details needed to get through underwriting or even helping to negotiate with my builder to share the cost of extending my loan rate lock, when the build went longer than expected, they were always there when I needed them. I hope to stay in this new home forever, but if that doesn't happen Andrew will be the first one I call.
