I completed a mortgage process with Trey McClure, and I have to say it was a great experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Trey was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. He made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process and was able to secure me a great rate. I highly recommend Trey McClure for anyone looking to secure a mortgage. He made what can be a daunting process a breeze. Thank you Trey!

As a first time home buyer the process of obtaining a home loan was completely new to me. I had a lot of questions and Trey was always there to explain them to me in ways that I could easily understand. He was very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way through the approval of my loan. I felt confident having Trey on my side.

RESPONSE: Nope! It wasn't the tail end of anything and she hadn't talked to you in quite some time because her focus was on Iowa. I heard your conversation from the beginning and I'm not interested in hearing your fairy tale take on the conversation or the situation so you can attempt to twist the truth and justify your behavior. You're also not being truthful about why she contacted you again. That lender is in IOWA and only deals with Iowa. The home she's focusing on is in Illinois so she needs a mortgage lender that handles Illinois. You do at least understand that point, right? As far as your weird word salad about her dealings with realtors, she was a realtor for over 10 years so she's aware of how the industry works. She had been dealing with one realtor in Iowa for the past two months so your ramblings on that are bizarre and she's only spoken to two agents in Illinois. You've also not been given any addresses of homes she's interested in so your insinuation that they wouldn't pass makes zero sense. I have talked with the mortgage broker in Iowa and talked to one briefly based in Illinois after your temper tantrum on the phone with my mother. They thought your blatant ignorance on her financials and aggressive behavior towards her simply for questioning things you said that didn't make sense or apply to her personally was bizarre and I agree. People can do business with you or not, but my mother's experience with you on the phone & your behavior here paints a very clear picture of your inability to tell the truth when you're called out for unprofessional and questionable behavior. Do better! ******************************************************************I just overheard an odd conversation this gentleman had with my elderly mother who will be moving back to the Midwest and wants to live in either Iowa or Illinois. She's specifically doing a USDA loan which DOES NOT require a down payment. Trey McClure told her she would not be working with him on a USDA loan without a down payment and then told her she should move to Indiana instead because he insisted she wouldn't be able to afford a monthly payment in Iowa or Illinois...WHAT IN THE WORLD?!! What's interesting about that weirdly inaccurate statement is that I've found multiple homes in both states that she qualifies for because she's already been working with a mortgage lender in Iowa so she knows exactly what she's been approved for(they have her tax returns and pertinent info), but his overall demeanor because she disagreed with him was very aggressive. This man hasn't even seen her tax returns so his emotional response to her questions and responses was unwarranted. Why would someone who hasn't seen tax returns feel confident on speaking to what someone could or couldn't afford? Very unprofessional. I informed the two agents in Illinois I've been working with about this behavior and they'll be providing me with names for other mortgage professionals. They were just as appalled by his behavior as I am.
