December 2023 The phone repair may be slightly cheaper than most places but does not have genuine apple products. I dont really care as long as it works well, but I have had to bring my phone back once a month to get re-fixed. My daughter uses the device for her diabetes so it is critical for us to have. However, we had it fixed in September, October, November, and now its December and the screen is falling off AGAIN. Want to bring it back to get properly fixed but it would be the 4th time now and Im not sure I trust the quality and also dont want to keep paying for the same thing over and over. Edited March 2024 I did end up going back to see if it could be fixed AGAIN. I was given a new excuse as to why it was coming off. I was tired of continuously coming back and did not want to pay MORE money to fix the same issue. I ended up taking my phone to a stand in the Fox Valley Mall. It was quick and the SAME price as here. Havent had a problem with my phone in 3 months now.

Bad service even he did not work on my laptop. He kept my laptop for 2 weeks and he changed my laptop charger he said this is your charger like that never mind. Ill never suggest this guy to repair laptop and phone. Very bad.

Best service in town. I was told from 4 different shops that my late daughter phone is not fixable and not able to retrieve any information due to faulty motherboard. But they gave me hope that they do motherboard repairs. He did get the phone working and got all my late daughter photos back. I'm so happy... most recommended place.

Don't go there, he's a lier, he keep mi phone there for over a week and he didn't even fix it and he never answer the phone, also I have find out that he was using mi phone Sim card in his phone, you can't trust this guy.
