Kate was enjoyable to work with and made the entire buying and selling process seamless. I found her explanations of things we didn't understand to be simple and straightforward. She worked to help us every step of the way, going above and beyond. Kate helped clean and stage our home before photos and showings. She showed up to help pack the truck on moving day! She was prompt and on top of all the loose ends that needed to be completed, without ever being pushy. It was reassuring to know that someone else was making sure we hadn't missed a step.
Her guidance helped us to secure the home we wanted. We really felt supported throughout the stressful buying and selling process.
