I was sent here when I was 16 I was told I would be there for 5-7 days I was there for 11 they said I needed residential treatment I told them I didnt and most places were abusive manipulated my mother into abandoning me at as a residential they changed my discharge date multiple times and when I was scheduled to check into a residential they did not release me to do so. They also told me residential would and not abuse or neglect me but the place they referred me to almost killed me thanks to them.Floor staff was nice but case manager and doctor were terrible rude dismissive lied to me and my mother multiple times

I have called twice today because my mother was taken there lastnight. I have no clue how the people that answer the phone have their job, they are so rude. Told me my mother wasn't there even though the 1st time I called they said she was sleeping. After being tranfered to 4 people they finally found her.

worst possible place to go in crisis. They strip searched me and made inappropriate comments regarding my sunburn as well as missed my depression meds and put my mom under a bomb threat notice which she most definitely did not say anything about. They also lied that i have a son and did not care if i ate or drink.

The absolute worst! They wrongfully admitted my little boy for something he said and his therapist who actually knows him had to contact the director to let her know this and that hes not in imminent danger to himself or others. This place is just trying to fill a bed

Yo to be honest this place ain't that bad. Like I've been here 3 times and the staff are nice. I'm under 18 so I know the 2 west staff so I can't comment in the adult staff. Even tho I've never been anywhere else ik this place is better then some places. The one thing I was eh about was the doctor met and talked to us for no more then 40 seconds so. Also the food was better then American school food. thats it. It was a good place
