      image Jay was a great help in deciding which way to go with our new mattress. He was informative but not pushy. A great experience until we got the bed and box spring home. We went with the 9 box spring and it made the bed too high. We figured we were fine as we had the return guatantee so we would switch out to the 5. What we didnt realize is the guarantee is on the mattress only. We were never told the box spring wasnt included in the guarantee. So now we are stuck with the 9 box spring. Wish I would have need told that part. Seems a bit deceiving. TP just said sorry we cant do anything for you. After the $$$ spent I found this to be very off putting.
