Quality Inn Aurora - Naperville Area

Rooms were alright, they were pretty much clean except for some questionable small brown stains on the side of the bed. Also wifi didn't work at all so I just stuck to watching TV for entertainment, at least that worked. I would stay if I happened to travel past here again.

Air conditioning in not just one but 3 rooms wouldnt work the lobby looks newly renovated I ended up getting a refund finally Rooms: Air conditioning wouldnt work other than that my room was clean

A few lights didnt work. The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We asked for assistance on the TV because the cable was not working & no one ever showed up. Check out was at 11AM & at 10:20AM, the front desk clerk was knocking on my door asking me if Im going to check out, & I said yes, at 11. & she was trying to convince me it was 11AM when I clearly was looking at the clock and it said 10:20am. Overall a weird experience, would not recommend nor would I stay here again.

My family and I have been staying here for quite a while and the staff is a delight. They are very helpful with anything that needs done whether its towels or maintenance in the room. They have a nice breakfast every morning and are very diligent whenever something is needed. I would highly recommend this place. It is also within walking distance of fox valley mall which is a huge plus. Rooms: Clean, smells good. Dont have to worry about bugs. Walkability: Right across from fox valley mall as well as Meijer and target
