    Buyers Beware. Before you purchase and fall for false promises, inbox me, and I will show you documentation and pictures of why you should buy with caution! I will give you a virtual tour of what you should expect after you sign that deed. Just be warned that they do not have a specific set of contractors. You can tell by the scrambling to get them to repair things. MY suggestion, you should ask for a list of the contractors that will be working on the job and review them first. (You will never get that list). Then have them put it in writing to ensure no breach. This suggestion is not legal advice; this is just the right advice. Now let me share my nightmare. I have been here for 11 months, and I have experienced many issues. The siding had gaps and found several mice in the garage. They told me that when I let up the garage door, they come in fast. I called an exterminator, and he showed me all the entry points from the gaps. I called the office, and the superintendent tells me that he must talk with the office. I paid $3000 while he went to discuss the unsatisfactory quality of work. (he still has not told me the outcome, and that was over four months ago). Leaks in the house and visible coming from upstairs. His response was, we will get to it, but it is dried up now. (4 months ago). The pipe from the side of the house burst and flooded the basement and first responds; let me get a plumber out here and then called back and said we do not cover pipes in the warranty because it is leading from the outside and the water line must have frozen. This guy never sent a plumber to determine where the leak was coming from or what caused the leak. Long story short, I have been here 11 months, and the only thing they fix was some cracks and refused to paint back over their work. I have two-tone ceilings from tape place covering cracks. Do not rush through the home inspection. They will try to limit your time to inspect the home. They only let the people on the title walk-through, and I was not allowed to take my home inspector. DO NOT buy this house without having a civil engineer of your choosing to inspect the house. I now must get a lawyer to get them to fix things that are part of the warranty. I am very disappointed with this purchase, and this is not the first house I bought. This house is just the worse buying experience I had buying.
