I have had T1D for 37 years now and it has been very difficult. Also a good Endo is VERY hard to find!! Dr Cherian was AMAZING!! I wish I'd had this insurance longer and been able to stay with her. She was tough but loving - a perfect combo! She was exactly what I needed (need). I miss her so much and can't say enough good things about her. She is a great kick in the pants to get you doing better for your own health. She gave me tips and tricks that made no sense to me at the time (eat MORE carbs?!) but they WORKED! She held me accountable to what I said I was going to do and was disappointed if I didn't do what I said. Love her!

I love Dr. Cherian! She is the best. I found out I had thyroid issues while pregnant and she got me right in. She takes the time to explain everything to you and always follows up. She made a really scary situation better. Cant thank her enough for everything she has done for me. Im doing so much better now thanks to her. -Madison L

I am a patient of Dr. Cherian's. She has worked with me to treat pre-diabetes and obesity. I am a very picky eater. She took time to discuss food alternatives and different methods to include veggies into my day. I am now 70lbs. down, and no longer pre-diabetic. I listened to her and started implementing healthier foods and daily exercise and it paid off. I would highly recommend Dr. Cherian. She is knowledgeable, kind , friendly and really cares about her patients health.

Don't go there. During my first visit she suggested I go to see someone else. Why I don't know. I had to reschedule my second appointment then her staff scheduled a telephone visit which is against her policy. I could not get through on the telephone visit so I was late. She got upset with me. Later that evening my son called me and said that my doctor had called him berating him about my missed appointment. She was very rude and suggested that I go somewhere else if I can't keep my appointments. I was shocked that she would call my emergency contact person (my son) to yell at him about my appointment. I am not a 2 year old and stuff happens. So I am looking for a new endo doctor.

I first met Dr. Cherian in February while I was hospitalized. She was very empathetic and kind, and immediately demonstrated her vast knowledge of my thyroid ailment. In follow up visits, email messages, and telephone conversations, she is simultaneously professional, compassionate, and forthright. I have appreciated her listening ability, particularly during times when I wasnt feeling well and was facing uncertainty with my condition. Her prescribed treatment has been invaluable in my recovery and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Cherian for anyone in need of an endocrine specialist.
