I can not believe this Great Corporation will condone price gouging in the dealerships. Its truly sickening that a dealer makes good money when they sell a vehicle at MSRP. And thats not enough that these dealers are raising their prices 5 to 10 thousand above MSRP. SHAME ON YOU CROOKS.

We trade my 2018 Nissan Altima for a 2019 Toyota Sienna EXL in Bredeman Toyota in Park Ridge IL, on January 6, 2024, we were told by the seller MR. Arturo Garcia, it came with navegation sistem and we had to download the Entune app and Scout GPS to have access to the apps in the Van. We were confused 1st time we heard about downloading an app to have access to the applications. After several attemps to download and access the apps it was not working, finally we went to Toyota dealership close to me after 30 mminutes the representative at the Toyota Matteson, IL Anthony, advise me to go back to Bredemann Toyota, and find out if they coudl help me since we just bought the van from them, and it could just be an upgrade on the software. On January 15 we went to the dealership to have the issue resolved only to find out from the service department, that the navegation sistem Scout GPS only in this model was disabled because is when Toyota upgraded the software to the new models, makes no sense. Honestly is not fair to have such a nice car and the quality Toyota has, I undestand the upgrade in the sistem but I do not understand discontinueing the navagation sistem, and no remote starter, is sold separately, is the 1st and last car from toyota that we buy. I hope Toyota comes up with an options for this issue because we are not happy with our purchase, I specially regret trading my car with the remote starter and easy access to the apps. Now we have a loan of a car we are not happy with at all, very disappointed, is a scam to have customer pay for something you can include and customers will pay for if is installed. We always have bought our cars from Nissan and never have we had a problem or misinformation from the seller, after the sale the personal from Nissan takes 30 minutes to an hour explaining the features that come with the car. Our next car will be from Nissan like we been doing for the last 20 years, all we have to do is connect the usb to have access to the apps. Mr. Arturo Garcia when we walked in, he was working with a family and moved the family to the waiting area and sat us at his desk, as soon as we were approved and sign the papers he took off and moved us to the waiting area, bacause he had 2 more families waiting to be seen and told us just download the apps and is " easy " shook hands and left. EASY AND DISAPPOINTING !!!! such a bad custmer service, cheap remot controls, I left 2 messages to the sales manager, 3 messages to fianance, guess what still waiting to call me back. I just hope someone from head queaters calls me with an explanation of this Toyota Sienna model, what is the reason to discontinue the navegation sistem to upgrade the next models? does not make sense.
