Sorry they had a bad experience but I do remember giving you the money for the game and to this day I still have not found that game. I have also screen shotted all messages . at no time did I refuse to replace the game you got ahold of me at 11 pm I was asleep and went out of town the next morning. You called me with a assumption that wanted to steal your game. I am a adult and do not play Dragon Ball Z games. As those games are intended for the younger community. Here are the facts 1. The PS5 was infested with bugs witch I cleaned for free. 2 your game system that was the job at hand was fixed and working. 3 I asked if there was any game or chords with the system and was told no . (Please note I do not keep any cables or controllers or games as I use my own equipment to test as I know that it all works. 4 Once you got ahold of me I agree to replace the game all Asked you to do was confirm that the game was not in the system upside down. )BTW I have all messages with time stamps if you wish to say I did not..) 5 I did buy you the new game I offered to Purchase a New sealed copy and have it overnighted to you. You refuse and demanded Cash I was suspicions due to the fact you complained and refused a replacement copy yet told me that you where bored due to the fact that is the only game you where playing at the time.Here is the facts 1. I think you lied To get your money back after the repair.2. I did replace the game.3. You had called me from a different number than the person that dropped off the unit.4. The repair was made and done within 3 hours no other company can make that claim .5. The most important fact is that I replaced the game as you requested.
