True religion online return policy sucks..when your return something by mail it takes 3 weeks to get your money back which is unacceptable because it didnt take you 3 weeks to get the money out my account!

I have visited the Aurora location on numerous occasions. Unfortunately on 1/1/24 I had the worst experience with I can only assume the manager named John as told to me by Chistopher another manager, they really didn'twant to tell me. John WAS RUDE AS HELL!!LEARN TO TALK TO PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE IN RETAIL!! HE WAS SO RUDE THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT ENTER AFTER I DID HEARD WHAT HE SAID AND LEFT AS DID. I will be contacting Corporate. I spend a lot of money in True Religion but to be treated that way is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
