i love coming here its so nearby ! and the vacuums are great u have a selection of a narrow and or wide one plus the blowy thing to really get in there and get the dirt off from wherever in ur car , the atmosphere is really comfortable ill be there for like 15 minutes really deep cleaning my car :) and sometimes when you get a car wash they light up the whale while the soap gets poured on your car:)

Equipment not working and car damaged. Ive been a happy customer of bubbles for the last year. All changed today. I noticed that several of their brushes were not working (picture of a dead one on passenger side) during my wash, so they gave me a rewash. Nothing was different on the rewash- still a third of the equipment failed to work. However as I exited, the manager came over to hand me my license plate. Their equipment had taken it completely off. He said this sometimes happens when they are loose. But it wasnt loose, and in fact its the metal of the plate itself that was ripped away. The bolts remain tightly in place. Now Im likely going to need a replacement plate. Fun times with the DMV, and cost associated with it. Their attitude was nonchalant- he actually thought it was funny. The tire shine mechanism at the end of the wash is worthless- it scratched my rims (picture attached), and left the green cleaner all over the sides of my car. Going through this wash puts your car at risk for damage.
