I've been getting my hair done here for 4 years. Jennifer and Alice do an amazing job every time. I only trust them with my hair.

Really disappointed, almost to tears. I wanted to support this place because I got referred, there were good reviews, and it was close to home. The service itself was nice, but the cut was nothing like the picture or length we agreed on. The consultation made it seem like she understood what I wanted, and she even showed me the length after a snip so we could agree on it which was about 3 inches below my shoulder, just like the photo. She said when my hair was dry it would get a little shorter, which I have come to expect from other haircuts so I said it was fine. The result, dry and straightened, is shoulder length. About 3-4 inches shorter than what I wanted, what was agreed on, and not at all the shape I wanted. I wanted to get out of there quickly while simultaneously not wanting to go out in public. I tried salvaging it at home by styling a few ways to try to get my confidence back, but I honestly cant. Its just much shorter than Im used to, and not at all what I wanted or expected. Every person Ive shown has been taken aback. Was going to post pictures here but Im honestly incredibly embarrassed and my confidence is shattered. Im dreading going into the office. Whats worse is my hair grows slowly so it will probably not get back to the length I wanted until the end of the year. Will not get my hair cut here again.
