Tim will be my all time guy to keep my house in good shape. It is very hard to find someone that will take on your jobs and actually respond. If you need someone to respond in a timely manner, call this guy. If you need someone that will give you a fair price for work needed (and thorough) call this guy. If you need someone that is going to do a great job, call this guy. He did a bathtub drain repair and valve replacement. The home needed drywall done as well as a result of what needed to be fixed plumbing wise. He found a part of the plumbing that was not up to code and fixed it. I live 2000 miles away and he was very easy to get a hold of and can handle the job while I am all the way over here. Gets it done. I've asked for a floor replacement/upgrade due to the great work so far. Call this guy.
