        This branch of chase is racist, incompetent, poor customer service, and RACIST once again. No one working there should keep their jobs. This branch needs to be shut down.

        Very poor customer service took time off got there just to be told my appointment is canceled and they called but they didnt when i said I didnt get the call a rep told me they were standing there when they called me. Had no missed call or voicemail but I didnt feel like going bck n ft with them.
