        Had a seriously messed up experience at this Advance Auto Parts on Smith st on the east side of Aurora, that I need to share. The store manager, this huge 300-pound guy, got into it with a much smaller older customer over a return policy on a gasket. Things got out of control fast, and the manager straight-up shoved the customer, in front of everyone. The poor customer ended up on the ground, hurt their back, and had to be taken away in an ambulance. Cops were called, a police report was made, and it was a whole chaotic scene. This kind of behavior is way beyond what you'd expect, so just a heads up think twice before shopping here. It's not worth the risk.

        This was my third part store that I went to and I was FINALLY helped by a young man named Jesus. Definitely will be coming back. He really did help and management is very lucky to have him!

        The team there is amazing! I went in for wipers on Saturday and they made my experience super easy! I gave the guy my plate # and he told me which wipers I needed fast. They seemed busy and with only two guys working the guy Luis that help me pick my wipers still offered to put them on for me and left the manager(grey shirt) guy by himself but he put my wipers on in seconds because really knew what he was doing and was back inside quick! Super pleased with my experience. Will be back for breaks there soon! Thanks.
