took my car in for a quote on a paint job, tried telling me it is not gonna be nothing cheap without even looking at a full 360 at the car. Told me they would call me within a week & it turned into a whole 2 months. Car is only less than 13 feet long & less than 5 foot high. Poor business other person walked away carelessly while the other one was going to yapple town about how hard this job is going to be, car has no major collisions or half the car missing like all the cars lined up to fix ahead of me, said it would be a lot of months job when another place is going to do it for 2 days max . DONT RECOMMEND

My car received severe hail damage in the spring of 2023. I called several body shops and the personal was either very busy or very rude, I called United Auto Body, and it was like a breath of fresh air. They were very professional and polite; they made an appointment to give me an estimate and they also sent it to my insurance. They had my car in repair for two days, and when I picked up my car it looked brand new! I checked the car with a fine-tooth comb, and it was perfect! They even carwash the car! Not only was the job excellent, but also their customer service too, I knew they were very busy, but when they communicated with me, they were very polite, and never sarcastic like some of the other body shops I called. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them highly. It is a family-owned shop, and they take a lot of pride in their staff and the work they do. God Bless their Shop!
