Jay's Food Pantry

I shop at Jay almost weekly, on one particular day I purchased 2 bottles of wine in which one was placed in a paper bag and the the other in a shared plastic bag. When I grabbed the bag out of my car the wine slipped through a hole in the bag, broke and spilled in my garage. I instantly called jays to explain that my wine fell from a hole in their bag which should have been double bagged. The owner said I wasnt there, then asked my car make and said I can come pick up a new bottle the following day. When I went to get my bottle the following day they refused to replace it. Theyre greedy, totally bad for business. I will no longer buy from them

Amazing place, I go here often. Don't go into big grocery stores to avoid big lines. Plus this is more covid friendly. Love the convenience and service.
