Terrible and rude people on the phone very unethical and non professional I forgot to disconnect my Comed when I left ,they refused to pay me back what I paid literally for their own use of the apartment electricity for almost 4 months .how can I accept for a tenant to pay for a utility that the owner used not the tenant !! I was called irresponsible by one of the smart staff members.

This has hands down been one of the best managed apartment complexes my husband and I have lived in. Location is great, amenities are top notch, and the customer service is above and beyond. Thanks for everything!

Ive been asking property management to fix things for many years and they tell me the did, they cant, or that it isnt as big of an issue as I think it is. My apartment leaks from the windows and patio doors. My water heater smells like sulfur. The water didnt get very warm for 4 years. It still takes minutes to get warmer in my faucets. They *just* fixed the water so that it gets hot enough for me to not have to turn it up all the way and curse things for not being warm and then claimed they always could have although I asked several times. Building is constantly in disrepair. One of the building garage doors hasnt worked in at least a month. Rent keeps going up. Not worth the price for the kind of property management that fails to sufficiently fix things. They even have closed orders work without coming to see what I am complaining about. (Recent one they closed about leaky windows and doors said due to heavy rain event - as though these things dont need to withstand weather). Im sure theyll reply and say theyve been accommodating because they respond to maintenance requests (someone will show up and say they did a thing and then leave and it wont be fixed type deal). Kind of like a tall person who pretends they cant reach something for you and when you get mad pretends youre the problem. Not a luxury living spot. Other negative reviews are true. Sorry to prospective people. I know it has a lot of things that other places around here dont which is why it seems promising. Just beware. Go see where Lincoln property manages things. When they were in charge, you actually felt like a valued resident.

This review is so overduebut finally I have the time to write it. Life can get busy smh:). My husband and I have been living here for a little over 3 years now, and we still love it! Will we eventually move into our home? YES, but it isnt as easy when everything is so convenient. For example, the amenities: restaurant, pool on roof top, theater room, shuttle bus, exercise room, stunning clubhouse, monthly activities for adults and children, and so much more! Weve thrown several events for small and large crowds and they were all beautiful and successful! We have so much to enjoy on the premises and off (restaurants, downtown Naperville, Fort Hill, Metra, Target, Meijersall in close proximity to where we live). Its the perfect location! Also, I cant tolerate bad customer service at all, and I dont. I can honestly say, MK and her team (Shannon, Tim and Jay) are always inviting and willing to go the extra mile for residents! They are awesome! We also really appreciate maintenance: Jeff, Mike, Jimmy and Josh. Thank you. There are so many other people behind the scenes and on the scenes that I dont know by name, but Im thankful for their kindness and services as well. Anyhow, I hope this helps. Maybe well be neighbors one day:). Oh and ld be remiss if I didnt mention how the neighbors are the best part of this experience:). Weve met some amazing people from different cultures and backgrounds and weve all become like family:). Peace and Love, Google Peeps!
