I stayed at the Trail Inn about 2 months ago. Very clean, nice hotel. Extremely convenient self-check-in. But my best experience was after my stay. I left a power cord for a CPAP device in the hotel room. I called and spoke to Emma and received the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. She not only coordinated having housekeeping hold my power cord for over 2 months (since I don't drive by this hotel that often), and stayed in touch with me in between that time frame so that I could pre-arrange to pick up my power cord at the next opportunity. I got my power cord back!!! Unbelievable service. Emma deserves a huge pat on the back.

Great little gem of a place! Rooms were clean, host was responsive, and it was far nicer than I expected for the price. We literally did not see another soul during our stay, but being able to book online and just pick up the key to the lockbox was nice. Rooms: Rooms are nice, clean, and had plenty of hot water

This place is awful. The ENTIRE building smells like weed. Beds are not comfy. Do not recommend.

Apparently this place of business likes to report untruths, only so as to charge extra fees for smoking when no one was smoking. They lie, saying they have proof of this but when asked to show said proof, they refuse to answer the phone or hang up on the customer. Thats what you get when no real employees are present. Would never use this Inn.
