Of course we where their number one concern up until we signed the contract on the house we where planning on purchasing. It was a short sale but Daniel at affordable realty assured us that everything was already pre-approved threw the lender that owned the house. Well that was just not the truth. We spend thousands of dollars on inspections, surveys, and appraisals just to loose it all after the house appraised fifteen thousand dollars less then what we where told it was already appraised at. So long story short or pre-approval meant nothing because they wouldn't finance a house for more money than it was worth. Again we lost thousand just by trusting the word of Daniel at affordable. Even after the deal had fallen threw and we signed a contract on another house with a different real estate broker it took SEVERAL weeks and numerous calls from my lawyer and myself just to get the thousand dollar deposit back. What a horrible experience. Maybe had I signed a contract on a million dollar house instead of a mer hundred and fifty thousand dollar house I would have gotten the attention that I deserved. Bad experience all around.
