Danielle Addante was our realtor for selling our inherited property in Buffalo Grove, Il. The house was outdated and needed a lot of work. Danielle sold the property as is and with no inspection. You don't know how relieved we were that it sold so fast. Not only did Danielle sell the house, she helped with the estate sale by going door to door in the neighborhood passing out flyers. Danielle's expertise and pricing of real estate helped tremendously. Plus Danielle has a great personality. We will recommend Danielle to anyone needing a Real Estate agent.

Back in 2018 a realtor here emailed me out of the blue if I was looking for a house. I wasn't but sure. We spent the next 5 months being showed houses too expensive and not in the area we wanted. We then found a house on our own from another realtor. She listed this house and was not allowed dual representation. We bought the house. I get an email from this realtor, multiple paragraphs long, how I'm awful she heard from my mortgage guy I used someone else. I wasted her time. So much unprofessional stuff. I never responded to it. She then left me voicemails. This lady was super insane. Yesterday a kid puts something in my mailbox. I go see. A letter from another @ properties realtor asking me to sell my home. I see the kid get back in. This one can't be bothered to get out of her car and making her small child solicit. Again I'm not selling or buying. These people are nuts and vulture's. Beware and use someone else. Home Smart has more professional people.

This business should be rated negative stars. Deb Baker, buyer's @ properties realtor sends 2 unintelligible 911 texts after final walk on 12/8 @ 10:31 AM. She calls our realtor and leaves voice mail when we are on the phone attempting to secure a last-minute appointment with a plumbing company. Deb Baker never returns call after our realtor leaves voicemail and follow-up text on 12/8 @ 10:40 AM. Our attorney informs Buyer's attorney that the 12/8 2:00 PM Master plumber's appointment to check sump was cancelled because our realtor has not received a call back from Deb Baker. Rescheduled appointment to 4:00 PM still no call back from Deb Baker. Rescheduled to 12/9 4:00 PM. The sump pump well was dry when I met the plumber on 12/9, it is unlikely Deb Baker ever tested the sump pump to determine it was not working. We were forced to replace sump on 12/9 at a cost of $750 not knowing what was not functioning. My wife and I had to deal with the aggravation of trying to solve for Deb Baker's last-minute 911 text, even though our attorney emailed a video of the fully functioning sump pump certified by a Master Plumber on 10/25 - 74 days before 12/8. Deb Baker's texts: - We need that sub pump switch fixed. We said Support but it's all part of the same thing. If the switch doesn't work it's not that operate the sub pump so we need that fixed it to technicality but it wasn't fixed properly. It's still not working. Then Buyer realtor texts. " Yes, but it will not going on. There's a way to Tastic unless it's directly plug-in so the switch is definitely not functional". On January 6, Stephanie Szigetvari Branch Manager and I discussed my compliant. The first sentence out of her mouth was "Deb is a high performer and she does not feel she did anything wrong." When I asked Stephanie, would you like another realtor to treat an @ properties realtor the same way Deb treated our realtor, she was silent and did not answer my question. According to Main Street Organization of Realtors that she is a member, Stephanie is required to attend ethics training classes every three years. It is her responsibility is to assure her realtors comply with the following standards: The term REALTOR has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. No inducement of profit and no instruction from clients ever can justify departure from this ideal. In the interpretation of this obligation, REALTORS can take no safer guide than that which has been handed down through the centuries, embodied in the Golden Rule, Whatsoever ye would that others should do to you, do ye even so to them. Deb Baker behavior corroborates a complete disregard for human decency, poor professional conduct and lack of respect for other people. She violated her oath to abide by the Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice set forth: The term REALTOR has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. Stephanie Szigetvari, her manager willingly accepts unethical behavior as long as Deb Baker produces. Deb Baker or any of the other realtors located in this office bad behavior will not change. If this review results in one person thinking twice about using this company. My time and effort to write this review was well worth it. Update - more information to be posted shortly. Deb Baker is now lying about her response on 12/8.
