We called Nick's Residential Service Plumbing Inc. after our double basin kitchen sink with garbage disposal & dishwasher backed up in both basins. His company came highly recommended. When we turned the garbage disposal on the water was filling up on the other basin of the sink. Nick came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. We needed our pipes cleaned from the kitchen cleanout 2-inch PVC pipes to the main 4-inch PVC pipes. We agreed on the price & he got to work right away. The job took about an hour & the issue was resolved. We are the original owners & have not had our pipes cleaned in 20 years. The quote was for up to a 75-foot machine & a One-year clog-free warranty. He was friendly & knowledgeable. His pricing was better than the pricing we received from other larger plumbing companies. I would highly recommend Nick's Residential Service Plumbing Inc. Thank you, Nick! You are now my go-to plumber if I have any additional plumbing needs.

We hired Nick to replace a broken flange in one of our bathrooms. He completed the work and asked me to watch for any leaks from the toilet and notify him accordingly. Within 2 minutes of him leaving the house, there was a leak. I asked him to be back and address it. He asked me to monitor the situation and keep him updated. He also assured me that he would be back the next day. No call or communication the next day. I reached out again Sunday and he promised that he will be back on Monday. No call or show once again. He finally showed up on Tuesday but he said he didn't have the material to fix the leak issue and he needs to be back with the proper equipment. Since then Nick is Mia and doesn't return calls or text andeft us hanging with a leaky toilet that he caused. I do not recommend this business for anyone. There are so many other options out there to get the job done right.

So thankful for Nick ! The most reliable, honest and caring person. We are moving out of state - our water heater burst days before inspection on our current home. We initially sent photos and got a quote from Home Depot. Reached out to Nick- he is the one who was honest and realized our current water heater should have still been under warranty. He came out the next day and removed the old one from what seemed like an impossible crawl space In the cellar, installed the new one. Unfortunately, he realized things were not set up safely 5 years ago when the last one was installed and it opened a whole can of worms. I was in tears. He saved our asses and came out again the next day (while we were out of state) and fixed the issues himself to make sure everything was done safely and correctly. Whatever it is, he will get it done and he will get it done right. Just look at this text message from him. Truly one of a kind ! Thank you will never be enough.

Nick and his team are amazing. He explains what is going on and does not give you the runaround to up-sell you. I recommend Nick to all my friends and family. Needed a permit and inspection for a water heater. Nick gave me run arounds for 2 weeks, finally ignoring my daily calls and texts completely although. Nick, its ok to tell customers off and choose not help. Its not ok to play cat and mouse game - say as it is. I found a great plumber with All Affordable Plumping Services which came next day, and made 325$ in 15 minutes.
