        I didn't realize that this AMAZING store was just 2 towns over from me. I was looking for a new pair of shoes to take to a Vegas Work Conference. I came in just expecting to browse the aisles and ended up with Jeff helping me. The level of detail; patience and obvious intelligence he showed was truly legendary. I seriously don't remember being "sized" for a shoe since I was a child. I have multiple issues with my feet/legs & hips and the shoes he picked out for me were PERFECT! I ended up leaving with 3 pairs; 2 orthotics and 3 compression socks (for flying!). I'm just back from walking over 8 miles a day and I wouldn't have made it without the new shoes! Ahh Comfort Shoes will be the ONLY place I'll go for shoes and orthotics from now on. The orthotics were even better than the custom fit ones I had MADE for me. I will be shouting from the rooftop how incredible this store is and have already referred 6 people to visit! Thank you Jeff and staff for helping me!!

        Amazing experience! Jeff is so knowledgeable and brought options to compare and contrast. They have so much variety in stock, Id definitely recommend!

        I made an appointment with Jeff after finding this store online. I have terrible plantar fasciitis and fallen arches; I also have larger than average feet. I wore out a pair of Dansko clogs in less than a year. In an hour, I walked out with four pairs of shoes. Jeff's attention to detail and anticipation of my footwear needs made this the shortest and smoothest shoe shopping trip in my whole life! I'll definitely be back for warm weather shoes!

      We are very sorry we could not meet your needs and return a shoe that was worn for 5 months. If your son Ben would have come in within 30 days we could have worked with New Balance to resolve any issues. A shoe that has been purchased 5 months ago can not be returned. We are very sorry this does not meet your service standards.
