Dr. Brand is a great Doctor. My procedure was quick. Any and all questions I had were answered quickly and I never got the feeling my queries were a bother. Even during the healing process I had a simple way to call for answers. This was one of the best decisions of my life.

This place has extremely poor customer service and the owner and staff is very rude! The only way they in business is because they are committing fraud! I went here and they refused my service and claim they are privately owned and they have that right. Its a shame how you just came here and lied like you did! Yes I had a voucher from the nurse and called the nurse in front of you all. The paper was filled out with the nurse signature, my child name, and all the other info. The only thing that was missing was my address and child DOB so please dont lie. You all lied and said the form is normally typed out and the school nurse that I called in front of you all stated they are never typed out. You all were just looking for a reason not to service me just being devilish! And guess what! God do not bless no mess, thats exactly why my children went right to Schaumburg, used the vouchers and had no problem! I also didnt have to pay the $50 you all were telling me I had to pay. If its for ppl that cant afford eye exams then why are you all charging $50? What service is that to the community? I pay the taxes in this community to help with ur business! People please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! GO to Vision Works! Its great customer service and you are treated fairly! And yes my day got better after you miserable people tried to create hell, I saved $50 by going else where!

I got lasik here about a year ago. The procedure was fine. But EVERY time, I come for the follow-up appointment, I had to wait for like an hour! (not even exaggerating) And they dont even apologize for it when I said they need to value peoples time. Everyones got something going on. I get they run behind schedule but like all 3 times? Whats the point of making appointments, if you cant manage the scheduling? Just very frustrated. EDIT: WOW! If you wanna be specific with the timing, I waited for 57 minutes! And it is just not one time! You take your time with every patient? Interesting! Because my every appointment was like at most 5 minutes after waiting for an hour! Plus you DID NOT apologize at all. The accusations and everything. So unprofessional!
