      image Reposting this review because the owner of the business took it down. Wimp. Me and my wife took her phone up there to get it fixed under Google warranty. The Saturday we went there, the sweet lady that helped us said that it would be covered under warranty. I have the receipt and everything. We were told that they had to get a replacement screen shipped in. They then called my wife to come up there (We live about 25 minutes away). She goes there and has to deal with a rude employee. She did not get the name, but he was a teenager with dark brown hair and a dumb haircut. He treated her like scum. And then told her that they refused to do the warranty work after we were told that it was covered. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Karma comes around. Remember that.
      I have also reached out to Google to let them know that they need to take your site off of their website. Evidently you guys don't do warranty work because you guys are freaking lazy.

      Hi there. Looking at your receipt in the picture that you posted it looks like you went to a store in OH with a 330 area code. This is probably why it was taken down given that our store is located in IL with a 847 area code. Furthermore, we don't have any employees that match your description, and if you look at your receipt it lists the tech that helped you (for which we do not have anyone working for us with that name). Unfortunately, you have posted a review for the wrong business. I have reported this review to Google and most likely it will be removed. I'm sorry for your bad experience at the other business.

      image I called today around 11 to see if they had a screen for my phone. They said they did. I called Samsung to start my claim. Paid my deductable, and dropped off my phone around 12 and was told it would be done around 130pm. I stopped by at 145 and it was done. The screen looks amazing and i didnt know the phone rails on the sides, the top, and bottom would be replaced too. Im very happy with my visit. Thank you so much.
