Smashburger

This used to be my son's favorite place to eat, unfortunately I wont be taking him there anymore. My burger was awful on my past two visits. The bacon was undercooked and there was way too much salt on the patty. So much so that I couldn't even taste the beef or toppings. On this evening's trip I sent the burger back to be remade. The remade burger was still too salty and now was way too greasy as well. Ughh. I succumbed to hunger and ate it anyway. On previous visits I've experienced unprofessional staff behavior and once walked in amidst a physical fight between two staff members. They need to get it toghether before they start losing more customers.

Terrible staff. Can't listen to an order and say what to every other word. The most frustrating order I ever tried to place. Then the manager got short tempered with me bacuse he employee wasn't listening. Never going back
