I want to give credit where it's due they truly stepped up to turn things around.
The company seems to have recognized the issues and made positive changes. My new account managers are fantastic! They understand the frustration I experienced, and they're working tirelessly to get the project back on track. This level of responsiveness and commitment has transformed my outlook.
Yes, there were initial setbacks, but I'm genuinely impressed by their determination to make things right. This experience shows that they care about customer satisfaction, and it makes me even more excited about the potential of our partnership. I'll keep everyone updated on how this progresses!
