Horrible! A sign saying No returns in huge type across the back wall. Prices quoted over double for same product at Home Depot or online. Also prices are not listed so they can make up the price on the spot. Why shop here?? They give small business a bad name.

Be very careful buying from this store. Regardless of what they order for you, there is no return policy. Its policies like this that will ultimately hurt small businesses. I had them order for me a rebuild kit for our bathroom tub and shower. The kit was missing trim rings, was plastic and not metal, and was missing the drain bezels and switch. I went back to the store to explain my dissatisfaction and hopefully remedy the problem. Unfortunately they were very short with me and took no time to understand the problem and work with me. Simply no returns. I hate saying this but you're much safer buying from Amazon. Very unfortunate, but $300 down the drain. Not a business I will put my trust in on future projects.

After visits to a big box store and two other plumbing supply shops Just Faucets immediately identified the cartridge from my kitchen sink and had it in stock.

I had a leaky is bathroom sink cold side. The local Ace Hardware near me could not help. They recommended just faucets. They not only had the part but the expertise to explain how to install it. Highly recommend
