Universal Laser Systems by Scientific Spectrum

I have a used Universal machine that I have had for years and after much use, it needed a new laser tube. It's a very busy time and I would have lost a significant amount of sales. Alex sent me a loaner laser tube while I wait for the new one to come in. I got it by the end of the day. I am impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and extremely great customer service. Recently I purchased a Universal Laser from Scientific Spectrum. The laser works excellent. Aleks did a great job explaining and training on how to use the laser. I highly recommend Scientific Spectrum and the Universal Laser machine if you have a need for a laser system.

I obtained a used Versa Laser 2.30 5 years ago from one of my customers. I had Scientific Spectrum come out and check out the machine and train us. They were reasonable in price, professional and knowledgeable. Since then, I have had questions and they have always helped me. Great support. Great company.
