        Jewel-Osco in the great spot has terrible workers. They're rude and unhelpful, which ruins the whole shopping experience. Even though the location is good, the store's condition and service are disappointing. It's better to shop somewhere else until they improve.

        Awful store. Painful to shop here. First of all, they need to get rid of most of the pick up parking spots, no one is ever there to pick up and it takes up so much space it makes parking terrible. Most of the time they dont have the items in stock and while I like the app, the registers dont always pick it up and then you have to stand in the long line at customer service with everyone else who was ring up wrong. The cashier I had today was soooo slow and half asleep. I really only go here to get my prescriptions and tonic water. I think I am going to change pharmacies so I dont have to shop here.

        I think I just need to stick to self check out sad to say. I got home just now and realized a rotisserie chicken was put on my check out by the register person from the people behind me. The raisin bread wasn't $2.99 like the shelf tag said it was on sale. I am upset that I overpaid $9.

        Never ever buy or give to your kids colored cupcakes that they are selling here. My son was vomiting and has diarrhea after eating those cupcakes.
