70 year miracle in the making! My floors were in desperate need of refinishing and repair from years of carpet, water damage and just being part of a good old home. I love to entertain, and everyone that comes over can't believe how amazing my home looks now, especially with the new stain that is more modern in color (I had that old yellowish color) and matches the character of my old Georgian style home, and I was able to get a more matte finish that shines just right and doesn't show dirt. I also noticed this winter, the salt residue cleans right off my floor once I mop it a lot easier. They even blended the flooring into areas that met tile totally flush, and created new thresholds to my carpeted or higher tile areas, so there are no more tripping hazards. Somehow a lot of the repairs eliminated a lot of the squeaking issues I had too, and I was surprised that I can't tell which boards were fixed considering I have the older thinner plank oak. All in all, Good Wood made my home look awesome, and I really appreciated it.

I have had flooring in two homes and one business done by Good Wood. I could not believe they were able to repair such badly damaged flooring and made it look brand new! The choice of stains were perfect and blended with other wood in my home. I have referred them to family, friends, and businesses and they love the work!
