I cannot emphasize just how incredible my experience was. Although my fireplace didnt work out due to some deeper problems with my home, Zac and the rest of the team were kind, patient, and super helpful. Not only were they knowledgeable, but genuinely good people that wanted me to have the best experience at the best price. You wont find many places that counsel you into the best option for your house that happens to be cheaper. As soon as Im able to fix the problems in my home, this is the first place Im calling for a new fireplace.

Superb customer service. After a slight mix up in appointment timing (which happens anywhere), Zac went above and beyond in rectifying the situation and fixed my fireplace issues in a matter of minutes. Great company! Thank you Zac!

Can't say enough good things about CGL! Zac was really responsive in addressing my questions/needs via email/calls and his business partner did an excellent job installing our gas log set. He went above and beyond in drilling out some mortar that wouldn't allow for my damper open all the way - attached. On top of being an interesting guy, I was delighted to find how ethical he was in helping to solve my issue which would have been out of scope for any other company. This is truly a competitive differentiator. I found CGL through the web (Yelp, Google, etc.) and I'll be going back to them for all of my gas line needs! Check them out!

We spent quite some time researching gas log sets before we opted to go w/ a vent-free system. We visited several vendors and CGF was hands down, the most informative, professional and reliable service company we found. Not to mention, their pricing was very competitive. Both fireplaces required gas lines to them and CGF was in/out in half a day. Log sets look awesome. I highly recommend them for your fireplace needs.
