image I have ONLY POSITIVE things to say about this business.   They were assigned to fix a warranty claim on a brand new LG TV.   Dimitri was excellent in repairing my TV.  As soon as the part came in from LG he was over the next day to install it.  He ended up fixing the TV on my bed as that was the best place to safely work on the big screen.   The TV worked for a few hours and then was back to same issue.  He was back the next day and diagnosed that it was a bad panel instead of a faulty motherboard.   LG sent a new panel and once again the day after it arrived he was at my place to swap it out while a blizzard raged outside.

image Very helpful and replaced the whole panel on my 65" oled TV in less than 45 minutes. Very respectful and kind. Will answer all of your questions and i will definitely be referring DG Electronics and will be a returning customer for my electronics needs.

image Wouldnt recommend. I kept trying to tell Dimitri that nothing or no one hit my screen but he was being dismissive, ignored me and just kept saying that its physically damaged so nothing can be done. He smudged my screen pretty roughly and didnt even have the courtesy to clean the fingerprints he made. Didnt even apologize for the inconvenience, just said bye and left. And he was giving me attitude before by telling me to make sure I pick up my phone since I missed his phone call, which is kind of hard to do while Im working. Not sure why there isnt an SMS option in 2022 especially since he asked me to text him pictures of the screen. Oh, AND he came an hour before the time he told me, which was inconvenient because I was in the middle of work. Overall a horrible experience.

image Unfortunately Best buy decided to hire DG Electronicservice as a subcontractor to fulfill orders for repair on televisions. Have a bad panel on a 55" TV was told DG Electronicservice was going to come out to my residence on Saturday July 3rd between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. I took off of work to have my television repaired. Waited from 12:00 to 4:57 p.m. I never heard anything so I called geek squad to inquire about my appointment and the gentleman who so graciously helped me put me on hold momentarily while he called the technician to confirm where he was. The technician replied I'll give the customer a call back in a few minutes. The technician called me back about 10 minutes later to tell me, while there was a lot of loud music in the background as well as a substantial amount of people talking, screaming ,And laughing (almost like a barbecue on the 4th of July weekend), that he had gotten into a car accident earlier in the day and wasn't going to be able to make his appointment. So I told him that I would wait for geek squad to call me back to reschedule. He pretty much brushed me off and said " do whatever you want , I have to go" and hung up the phone. On Tuesday I received an email from AIG ,which is the company that handles the repair portion of plans for Best buy, to notify me that my repair was going to be canceled due to me not providing information to the repair company. On a personal note if you don't want to work on the 4th of July weekend put in PTO or call off before you have to be at work don't do it halfway through your shift. Not only does this look bad on Best Buy , but it also makes your company look like they don't actually care who they're hiring. Ironically the employee did not leave his name on the work order because there would be a list of these reviews under his name. DG Electronicservice please do a better job with the staff you choose to hire and trust your brand name with...
